All goods come as a dozen unless otherwise specified. (6 pack, cookie cakes, etc…)

All orders are processed and shipped out the Monday or Tuesday following when the order was placed.

If we can ship out your order sooner, we will! We try our best for a quick turnaround depending on estimated delivery and arrival times.

We are happy to offer Nationwide priority express shipping. All orders are processed within 2 days, and shipped out the Monday or Tuesday following when the order was placed. Depending on your location, most packages are received between 1-3 days.

Our cookies are baked fresh to order and come individually wrapped. We will do anything we can to get your goodies shipped to you as soon as possible - by avoiding any weekends, holidays, or any other events that could possibly delay your package and compromise the freshness of your cookies. Unfortunately, there may be things out of our control that can influence shipping times and cause delays.

Our goods are made to order in small batches from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. We prioritize keeping everything classic, so we don't use preservatives or stabilizers. Because of this, we recommend enjoying your goods as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of delivery.

Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days. If you have leftovers or want to save them for later, we suggest freezing them for up to 3 months.

Please avoid storing cookies in the fridge, as it can dry them out. Cookies with special ingredients like pretzels, cereals, marshmallows, or graham crackers should be eaten within 3-5 days to ensure they stay fresh.

For the best cookie experience, when you receive your goods or after freezing, simply heat your goods in the oven at 350°F for 5-8 minutes or until warmed to your liking.

You can also reheat your cookies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

We are happy to offer certain vegan, nut free, and gluten free options.

Our goods are baked in a kitchen where wheat, dairy, and nuts are used. We try our best to prevent cross contamination. Since these allergens sometimes hang around our kitchen, please use your best discretion before consuming, even if you are slightly concerned this could be a problem for you or any of your loved ones.
