How many goodies come with my order?
All goods come as a dozen unless otherwise specified.
How far in advance should I place my order?
All orders will be processed and shipped out the Monday or Tuesday following when the order was placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email on file when your order has shipped (please be sure to check your junk mailbox). We will happily try and send out your order sooner, depending on estimated delivery and arrival times.
For any rush orders, special requests, or custom requests, please contact us and we would be happy to work work with you to accommodate.
How does shipping work?
All orders will be processed within 2 days, and shipped out the Monday or Tuesday following when the order was placed. Tracking information will be sent to the email on file when your order has shipped (please be sure to check your junk mailbox). Our cookies are made fresh to order and come individually wrapped. We will do anything we can to get your goodies shipped to you as soon as possible - by avoiding any weekends, holidays, or any other events that could possibly delay your package, and compromise the freshness of your cookies. Unfortunately, there may be things out of our control that can influence shipping times and cause delays. You will be notified accordingly should there be any issues with delivery. Got The Goods LA is not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur from the post office, that are out of our control.
Can I submit a special request?
We will try our very best to accommodate any special requests, custom orders, or rush deliveries. Feel free to reach out to us here or DM us on Instagram . Please note, for any special requests a weeks notice is required.
How long are my goodies good for?
Our goods are made to order and baked in small batches from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Were firm believers in keeping everything classic, so all our goods are baked without the use of any preservatives or stabilizers, and because of this, your goods are at their best when consumed as soon as possible, a few days after delivery. You can store wrapped cookies for up to 7 days at room temperature. We recommend freezing anything left for up to 2 months. Once you’re ready to eat them, pop them in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, and they will be gooey and ready for consumption! Do you offer any vegan/gluten free/nut free products?
We are happy to offer certain vegan, nut free, and gluten free options. Our goods are baked in a kitchen where wheat, dairy and nuts are used. Since these allergens sometimes hang around our kitchen, use your best discretion before consuming, even if you are slightly concerned this could be a problem for you or any of your loved ones.
Storage and care instructions:
Since we keep it classic and bake free of preservatives or stabilizers, your goods are best eaten upon receiving them. Here are some tips and tricks to maximize the freshness of your goodies:
To keep your cookies soft and chewy, place a quarter slice of bread (per dozen) into the container. The cookies will absorb moisture from the bread, keeping them soft longer. White bread is best, as it won't transfer its own flavors to the cookies.You can store wrapped cookies for up to 7 days at room temperature. We recommend freezing anything left for up to 2 months. Once you’re ready to eat them, pop them in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, and they will be gooey and ready for consumption!
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature to enjoy for up to 3 days.
